SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Pranshu Lifestyle ships products across select serviceable pin codes in India.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available only on selected Indian pin codes.

A shipping charge of ₹50 may apply to COD orders.

COD availability depends on the customer’s delivery pin code, courier-service availability, order value, product type, and other operational conditions.

We reserve the right to confirm, hold, cancel, or refuse COD orders where required.

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME

Orders are processed after successful order confirmation.

Domestic orders are generally delivered within 5 to 14 business days from order confirmation or dispatch, depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, and other operational factors.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order deliveries are generally attempted between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Actual delivery timing may vary according to the courier partner and local delivery schedule.

Pranshu Lifestyle is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, transport disruptions, incorrect address details, customer unavailability, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

DELIVERY & RECEIPT OF GOODS

A customer or an authorized person may need to receive or sign for the delivery, depending on the courier partner’s process.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you may request a family member, neighbour, colleague, or another authorized person to receive the parcel on your behalf.

Pranshu Lifestyle will not be responsible for any delivery accepted by an alternative person authorized by you.

Please check the outer packaging at the time of delivery. If the package appears damaged, tampered with, opened, leaked, or incomplete, please take clear photos and videos before opening it.

SHORTAGE, DAMAGE OR WRONG PRODUCT CLAIMS

All claims for damaged, leaked, broken, missing, incorrect, or incomplete products must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Order Number or Invoice Number  
• Registered mobile number  
• Clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, product, and package contents  
• A clear unboxing video  
• Details of the issue, such as damage, leakage, missing product, wrong product, or quantity issue  

Claims may not be accepted without clear evidence and an unboxing video.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping and handling charges may vary depending on product type, packaging, size, volume, weight, order value, delivery location, courier charges, and other operational requirements.

Any applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment is made.

For certain offers or order values, shipping may be free only where clearly mentioned on the website.

QUANTITY RESTRICTION

Customers may purchase a maximum of 5 units per SKU through the product page or cart.

We reserve the right to hold, cancel, partially fulfill, or refund orders that exceed the permitted quantity limit without prior approval.

HIGH-VALUE OR BULK ORDERS

For high-value, bulk, wholesale, reseller, or large-quantity orders, Pranshu Lifestyle may require additional verification before processing.

Orders above ₹5,000 may be subject to additional shipping charges, order confirmation, delivery verification, or other requirements.

If the total shipment weight exceeds 6 kg, shipping charges may apply regardless of order value.

FREE GIFT POLICY

Free gifts are available only when the order meets the specific promotional offer criteria displayed on the website.

Only one eligible free gift may be dispatched per qualifying order unless the offer clearly states otherwise.

If multiple free gifts are added to the cart because of a technical error, website issue, coupon misuse, or invalid offer application, Pranshu Lifestyle reserves the right to:

• Limit the free gift to one eligible unit per order  
• Remove the invalid free gift from the order  
• Partially fulfill the valid paid products  
• Hold, cancel, or refund the order where necessary  

Free gifts, ₹0 products, and promotional products are not available for separate purchase unless clearly mentioned.

RIGHT TO HOLD, CANCEL OR REFUND ORDERS

Pranshu Lifestyle reserves the right to hold, cancel, partially fulfill, or refund any order that:

• Exceeds the allowed quantity limit  
• Does not comply with bulk-order or high-value-order requirements  
• Contains invalid or incorrectly applied offers  
• Contains ₹0 products or free gifts added outside valid promotional criteria  
• Appears to involve misuse, fraud, incorrect pricing, technical error, or suspicious activity  
• Cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, unreachable customer, or non-serviceable pin code
