RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Pranshu Lifestyle aims to provide customers with a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. Returns, replacements and refunds are accepted only in specific cases mentioned below.

RETURNS ELIGIBLE FOR DAMAGE, DEFECT OR WRONG PRODUCT

Returns or replacements will be accepted only if:

• The product was damaged during transit.
• The product container is broken, leaked or spilled during delivery.
• The product has a physical defect.
• A wrong product was shipped.
• A product is missing from the package.

To request a return, replacement or refund, you must email us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Your request must include:

• Order Number or Invoice Number  
• Registered mobile number  
• Clear photos of the outer parcel, shipping label, product and packaging  
• Clear photos or videos of the damaged, leaked, broken, defective, wrong or missing product  
• A complete unboxing video showing the parcel being opened  

An unboxing video is required for damage, leakage, spillage, breakage, missing-product or wrong-product claims.

We may not be able to approve a claim if the required photos, video or order details are not shared within 48 hours of delivery.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The product has been used, opened or partially used.
• The original seal has been broken after delivery.
• The serial number, batch number, label or packaging has been tampered with.
• The product is damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
• The customer does not provide proper photos or an unboxing video.
• The customer changes their mind after receiving the product.
• The customer does not like the fragrance, texture, colour or personal result of the product.
• The product is returned without original packaging, invoice or proof of purchase, where applicable.

Once the returned product is received, Pranshu Lifestyle may inspect the product and verify the claim.

If the claim is approved, we may issue a replacement, exchange or refund as applicable.

If the product is found ineligible for return after inspection, it may be couriered back to the customer.

REFUND PROCESS

For prepaid orders, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment source, such as debit card, credit card, bank account, UPI, wallet or payment gateway.

Prepaid refunds are generally initiated within 7 working days after approval of the refund request. The actual time for money to reflect in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider or payment gateway.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account or UPI ID after obtaining correct bank details.

COD refunds are generally initiated within 14 working days after refund approval.

REPLACEMENT PROCESS

If your claim is approved for replacement, we may dispatch a replacement product after verification.

Replacement orders are generally processed within 48–72 hours after approval and subject to product availability.

Tracking details may be shared through email, SMS or WhatsApp.

DAMAGE, SPILLAGE OR BREAKAGE

If the product has leakage, spillage, breakage of the container or major transit damage, Pranshu Lifestyle may provide a replacement after verifying the photos and unboxing video.

Minor cosmetic damage, such as a small dent, scratch or slight damage to the outer carton, may not qualify for a refund, return or replacement if the product container is intact, sealed, usable and safe.

PRODUCT USAGE AND ALLERGY DISCLAIMER

Pranshu Lifestyle is not responsible for an individual reaction to any particular ingredient.

Customers are advised to read product ingredients, usage instructions and warnings before using any product.

People with known allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions or possible reactions to any listed ingredient should avoid using the product or consult a qualified doctor or dermatologist before use.

We recommend performing a patch test before using any skincare product.

If irritation, redness, itching, burning, rash, swelling or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Product results may vary from person to person depending on skin type, lifestyle, climate, usage routine and individual sensitivity.
