TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ₹0 PRODUCTS AND FREE GIFTS
Free Gifts Are Promotional Only
Products offered at ₹0 are promotional free gifts and are available only as part of an eligible promotional campaign, combo offer or auto-applied offer.
They are not available for separate or standalone purchase unless clearly stated by Pranshu Lifestyle.
₹0 Product Is Not a Standalone Purchase
If a product appears as ₹0 due to a website error, technical issue, cart issue or promotional glitch and is not part of a valid active offer, Pranshu Lifestyle reserves the right to cancel the order, partially fulfill the valid paid products or remove the invalid ₹0 product from the order.
Multiple quantities of ₹0 products added manually do not guarantee fulfillment.
No Mixing With Other Products Outside the Eligible Offer
If a ₹0 product is manually added to the cart along with paid products but does not qualify under an active offer, only the valid paid products may be shipped.
The ₹0 product may be removed from the order because it is not available for individual sale.
Single Unit Policy on Free Gifts
Only one unit of an eligible free gift may be shipped per qualifying order, unless the promotional offer clearly states otherwise.
Adding multiple free-gift units to the cart does not guarantee that multiple units will be dispatched.
Order Review and Cancellation Rights
Pranshu Lifestyle reserves the right to review, cancel, modify or partially fulfill any order containing ₹0 items, free gifts, invalid coupon use, offer misuse, suspicious activity or technical errors.
Orders may be flagged as invalid if they do not meet the actual conditions of the applicable offer.
Free Gifts: Return and Exchange
Free gifts and ₹0 promotional products are generally not eligible for return, exchange or refund.
However, if a free gift arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, customers may contact us within the time period mentioned in our Return or Refund Policy, along with clear photos or videos of the package and product.
SECTION 11 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including logos, product names, images, graphics, videos, product descriptions, website design, text, trademarks and other materials, belongs to or is used by Pranshu Lifestyle with permission.
