CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders once placed and processed cannot be cancelled.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, cancellation may be requested only when our team calls or messages you for order verification and before the order is processed or shipped.
If you need to update your delivery address, phone number, or contact information after placing an order, please email us at pranshulifestylehehelp@gmail.com.
We can accommodate such changes only within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped, whichever is earlier.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation, address changes, or contact-detail changes may not be possible.
RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY
Products purchased from Pranshu Lifestyle may be eligible for return, replacement, exchange, or refund only in the following situations:
• The product is physically damaged during transit or delivery.
• The product received is different from the product ordered.
• The product is missing from the package.
• There is leakage, spillage, breakage, or visible damage to the product.
• There is an issue with the delivered quantity or weight.
To request a return, replacement, exchange, or refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Your email must include:
• Order or Invoice Number
• Registered mobile number
• Clear photos of the outer package, shipping label, product, and packaging
• Clear unboxing video showing the package being opened
• Clear images or video of damage, leakage, spillage, missing item, wrong item, or quantity issue
Please note: An unboxing video is required for claims related to damaged, leaked, broken, missing, wrong, or incomplete products. Without proper photos and unboxing video, we may not be able to approve the claim.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT
A return or replacement request will be considered only when:
1. The product was damaged during transit or delivery.
2. The product delivered is different from the product shown in the order confirmation.
3. The product is returned in its original condition, including the original product box, packaging, invoice, and all accessories, wherever applicable.
4. The product has not been used, opened, altered, damaged by the customer, or tampered with after delivery.
5. The required evidence, including clear photos and unboxing video, is shared within 48 hours of delivery.
Once we receive your complaint and evidence, please allow up to 5 working days for our team to review and verify the request.
If the request is approved, our team will inform you through email, WhatsApp, or phone call.
For approved replacements, the product must be returned in the same condition and packaging in which it was received, unless the product container itself was visibly damaged or broken during transit.
For transit-damaged, leaked, broken, missing, or incorrect products, Pranshu Lifestyle may arrange a replacement or refund after verification, without any additional replacement charge to the customer.
Once the returned package reaches our warehouse, our team may perform a quality check and validate the product condition and weight.
After successful verification, the replacement order will generally be processed within 48–72 hours. New tracking details will be shared through email, WhatsApp, or SMS, where applicable.
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Products will not be eligible for return, exchange, replacement, or refund in the following cases:
• Product has been used, opened, or partially used.
• Product packaging is damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
• The customer does not provide an unboxing video or clear evidence within 48 hours.
• The product was purchased under a free gift, ₹0 product, promotional offer, or combo offer, unless it arrived damaged, leaked, broken, missing, or incorrect.
• The customer simply does not like the fragrance, texture, colour, or personal result of the product.
• The product is returned without original packaging or invoice, where applicable.

Pranshu Lifestyle is not responsible for an individual reaction to any particular ingredient.
Each product description may include ingredient details and usage instructions. Customers with known sensitivities, allergies, skin conditions, or possible reactions to any listed ingredient should not use the product.
We recommend performing a patch test before using any skincare product.
If irritation, redness, itching, burning, rash, swelling, or any other discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a qualified doctor or dermatologist.
Product results may vary from person to person depending on skin type, lifestyle, weather conditions, regularity of use, and individual sensitivity.
